• Max Adventures playground is a socks-only area.
• Participants should use the equipment in a safe and responsible manner to prevent personal injury and property damage.
• Access to the playground area is restricted to those who meet the minimum age requirements.
• Playground is designed for kids who are 5-12 years old.
• No hooded sweaters or clothing with drawstrings allowed in the playground.
• Jewelry and loose articles should be removed before entering the play area.
• Please alert staff to any medical condition that may require assistance.
• Parents or guardians assume full responsibility and liability for children while on the premises.
• Children should be accompanied all time by a parent or guardian.
• No Alcohol is allowed on the premises.
• Max Adventures is a non-smoking facility.
• Gum chewing is not permitted in the play area.
• For your safety, no running or rough play is permitted.
• Participants are not permitted to engage in hazardous play of any kind.
• Older children should watch for younger kids and be respectful.
• Max Adventures is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought into or stored on the premises.
• No food or drink allowed outside of the designated area.
• Max Adventures reserved the right to request anyone who violated these rules to leave the facility immediately.
• Max Adventures reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.
ADULTS NOT ACCOMPANIED BY A CHILD ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES UNLESS INVITED BY THE PARTY.
In order to help us maintain the healthiest environment, socks are required for every person using our equipment. Birthday party invitations will remind your guests to bring socks.
